I suppose there's something to be said for not shoehorning it into the SW void, but by the same token this is the news, which tends not to care overmuch about nuance. If Serenity was in any way on their radar it should've been mentioned in that article. Humph.
One judge's sentence: go to church. Because that's not a separation of church and state issue. ("I said 'worship services'." So atheists can go fuck themselves, one assumes?)
