And so much depends on them having full information of every aspect of the
world at their fingertips. Full schematics for a secret D.O.D. jail that
nobody knows exists? No problem. Too bad they stopped looking at the map
at the part "here there be dragons" and didn't see the sewer exit. Also I
don't think secret jails tap into the local power station and don't have
backup generators.
