thebratqueenThanks to those who sent their good wishes for my co-op board meeting. It went great - esp the part where I asked about making rennovations and they were actually glad that I was asking. I got approved, so all that's left is the mortgage. We're hoping for a closing on the 25 but we think this might be optimistic in terms of the time.
Oh - and for what it's worth - all you family members who were told to keep the co-op news under your hats can feel free to chat about it now. Because God knows you were all waiting on tenterhooks to make that a topic of conversation. ;)
Random fandom thought of the day - am I on crack or is Angel the only character who pronounces Wesley's name the same way Wes does? Wes says it with a "z" - as in "Uncle Wez" and I know Angel gives it a light "z" sound, I just can't remember if Cordy and Gunn do. It'd be cool if Angel was the only one though - subtle bit of continuity on the fact that Angel and Wes are from the UK. Either that or proof that Angel's a smitten kitten and wants to do anything the way Wes does it ;)
