I'm running late for this. Short version is that SNET is the tool of satan. I'm trying to work on a website for a former client - get it uploaded onto her SNET provided webspace as a show of good will for dumping her site with little to no warning, except SNET is the tool of satan, their FAQs don't help, their system is broken and their tech support doesn't believe in letting human beings answer the phone. ARGH!
Anyway, if you don't hear from me in the next couple of days don't panic. I'm just dealing with the move.
