When fannish worlds theoretically collide

So on Thursday I was chatting with
kayteaenbee, as is my want, and I got to pondering about how episodes of SPN would be different if Joss Whedon wrote them. Not better or worse per se, just different. And as I am nowhere near the SPN expert that a good chunk of people on my flist are, I now put it to you:
How would episodes of SPN be different if Joss Whedon had written them?
Or hey: story arcs, character development, whatever. Instead of whatever ended up on the air Joss came in, wrote some stuff, and we got that instead.
I'll kick us off with Jus in Bello, but I'll put it behind a cut so as not to spoil anyone who hasn't seen the ep yet.
If Joss wrote Jus in Bello...
Hendrickson would've still died. Not because he's black (though hey: given Joss's track record it wouldn't have hurt) but because Joss would've zeroed in on him as the "Character we love, ergo character who has to die BECAUSE NOW IT MEANS SOMETHING, DAMN IT."
Winchester boys doing the cell block tango and the "When this is over I'm having lots of sex... not with you"? Totally the same.
Virgin secretary? Would've lived. Would've also been the one who goes on to become a hunter. We'd then see her again in some later episode looking all badass and surprisingly competent. And probably walking around barefoot most of the time. Would then assure Dean that she is having sex, just "Not with you."
And that's all I've got. *thwack!* Your turn! :D
