That thing after winter
Mar. 23rd, 2007 11:22 amSpring, she is in the air. As are darkish clouds that promise more rain, which would be kind of cool. I realize we are past the point of snow (except for, as
wolfling knows, the chance that we'll get pounded in APRIL ;) ) so I turn to rain for my wet stuff falling from the sky related comfort.
This weekend is pretty much not going to be a weekend for me, starting with how I'll have to get up at OH MY GOD on a Saturday so that I'm awake, dressed, and/or coherent when the guy comes to fix my dishwasher, which has been leaking. I tried to fix it myself, but the thing I suspect is broken is in a spot that I could not get to no matter how I tried. At least my tax return is in, so I've got a few pennies to pay for this.
I'd like to get more cleaning and organizing done, but we'll see how that goes given my general health/energy levels. On Monday I've got a followup doctor's appointment, which means not so much sleeping in on Monday either.
Clearly on Sunday what I need to do is never leave bed save for getting up to procure chocolate.
My cats would certainly support that motion.
