If one has a proper, moveable type style blog, how do you get the word out about it?
I know on LJ you make friends, you comment, you create a little corner of the LJverse for yourself. But with a regular blog that's just you and comments, how does that happen?
(Info is not for me, in case any of you are wondering where I've got this secret blog hidden. 'tis for my Dad, who's thinking of doing a blog to help promote/research a book he's writing.)
