Boss: No it's not. The mail never comes on time.
Me: No, it's coming because I just finished the last of the huge stack of mail that was waiting for me from over the weekend. Ergo I have performed the necessary magic to make the mailman show up right now.
Boss: No way is it... Wait, is that the mail truck outside?
Me: Also, I can kill you with my brain.
Boss: No it's not. The mail never comes on time.
