Fannish stuff for hurriane relief

fandom_charity with people offering to exchange fic and what have you in exchange for donations to hurricane relief. If you've got fic/icon/vid/whatever making skills that you want to offer, please do. If you can accept one of the offers, also very cool.
I talked with my old boss down in NO tonight. He said he's without power, he's fighting the flood waters, it's as hot as Hell, and he's getting more information about what's happening from the people calling him than he is from his battery powered radio.
According to one of his tour guides in the Quarter some parts of the Quarter are dry, but others are flooded bad. No idea which is which.
And apparently somebody reported seeing a shark in the water, but who knows if that's just a rumor.
