Various updates on the subject of me

Thanks to all who offered help and suggestions for dealing with spyware and such. Yay for LJ!
Work today completely kicked my ass thanks to the boss giving me 9 hours worth of stuff and thinking it could get done in a less than six hour day. Having the computer issues on top of it was No Fun.
But I was finally able to leave and now it 'tis the weekend! And I have crisps! And they taste like chicken and thyme! Wheeee!
Hit Trader Joe's after work. Am I the only one who is utterly bewildered by so-called healthy cereals that put cane juice into the recipe? And who apparently do not have non-cane juice varieties for those of us who both think that pre-added sweetners taste awful no matter how organic they are plus it's nice to control your own amount of sweetner should you decide to use one?
Thus sayeth the girl who was looking forward to trying some of the Kashi cereals in the hopes of sneaking some flax and/or extra protien into an easy morning breakfast, only to slink away in defeat because: cane juice! Cut that OUT!
This weekend
stakebait is coming up. We're going to hit the local yarn store and then go and have a proper tea. During which time we'll be talking about all of you behind your backs.
Except
flaming_muse, who got me the crisps that taste like chicken and thyme. She shall have only nice things said about her.
Now to see if it's possible to do all the stuff on tonight's To Do list that I was hoping to, well, do. I remain hopeful, however foolishly.
