Questions on "Three Stories"

People are debating whether or not House was a drug addict before the leg infarction, based on what was said in "Three Stories". Now I've already talked about my take on that over in![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
tzikeh's LJ, but something occured to me that has me curious. So, an informal poll if you will:
1) Based on last night's ep, do you think House was an addict before the leg infarction?
2) When in the ep did you realize that the third patient was House?
I'm nursing a theory here, but I'll say no more for fear of spoiling the data. =)
