There are few basic pleasures in life better than treating yourself to a Sat. breakfast of bacon, eggs and a toasted bagel.

I was going to go to the gym by now but I have totally been sucked in by "Walking With Prehistoric Beasts". Good thing for me it will be over soon or I might miss the gym entirely.

To write today or not to write today, that is the question....
