thebratqueenGah! I am apparently the queen of "please engage me in long winded conversations about nothing" today. I've literally been caught three times by people who would not get the hint when the hint was shaped as me saying, out loud, "okay I have to go now". Any wonder it's 2 in the afternoon and I'm only just finishing lunch? Sigh.
Things with the apt go well. Damn near every contractor in the world is showing up tomorrow to either work on something or give me an estimate about something. Yay! Also yay that I got 4 books out of the library yesterday because 1) they'll amuse me while I'm waiting for these guys to show up and 2) that saved me a buttload of cash b/c these are books I would have otherwise bought.
