The thing that's amusing the hell out of me is that this is in the![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
food_porn community, where it's a bit of an understatement to say that cooking from scratch is encouraged.
(Actually, it's a bit of an understatement to say actual cooking is encouraged, so the rec of this particular TV personality in said community would strike me as being trollish, if not for the fact that the person seems sincere.)
