What do you, the viewer at home, think?
Nov. 17th, 2004 12:05 pmOkay, since I got the really nice old sewing machine for free, I'm thinking that I should revise my request for a new sewing machine as a Xmas gift and turn it into something else of comparable price.
But, I'm wibbling. So help me live my life for me. Should I:
1) Ask for a new Palm Pilot or like thing, so I can have a newer one with all the bells and whistles without the guilt of spending my own money on a newer one since my old one works fine?
2) Ask for an external hard drive, which I could use to run much-needed backups on my computer with the ease of a button click?
3) Stick with the sewing machine request, even though it's likely the old one will work fine for the original purpose of the request, which is to give me a machine that allows me to try out sewing to see if I like it?
4) Other? (keeping in mind I already own a Tivo, a digital camera, a multi-region DVD player, a food processor, and a stand mixer).
What do y'all think?
In other news, Ashcomp is looking for somebody in the Philadelphia area who might like to adopt a kitty.
