My boss, in response to the fact that I have twice had to deal with EvilNastyPatientFromHell this week and will, in great likelihood, have to deal with EvilNastyPatientFromHell on the phone tomorrow while I'm here in the office all by myself, has bestowed two gifts upon me in thanks for that. The first is a gift card to Borders, the second is a hardbound copy of Life's Little Instruction Book, which I have permission to use as a weapon against EvilNastyPatientFromHell, such as by hitting her with it.
