Three cheese stuffed shells, complete with stuffing which used parsley from my garden, and sauce made using the basil.

And herein lies dinner itself. On the one side we have the stuffed shells, served with a ciabatta roll. On the other we have a fresh salad of spinach, arugala, carrots, celery, and cucumber, topped with a creamy Ceaser dressing.
Ta da!
