So I'm checking out the info on a Celtic festival that I'd like to go to, and under the heading of "Food Vendors" can be found things like corned beef, bangers and mash, Guiness pie, and Thai food.
Wow. I had no idea my people had such a pipeline to the East. As
catscradle might say, "Some trade route."

Hey, you know what Irish thing doesn't get talked about nearly enough? The claddagh. Man oh man, who do you have to blow to find at least one mention of this secret, neverbefore seen piece of jewelry, that in no way has been done so much that the Olsen Twins look underexposed in comparision to it.
Also the color green. You never see that around Celtic festivals either. Claddaghs and green: the forgotten tributes to Ireland.
You know possibly this is why they provide so much beer.
