Food and answers
May. 18th, 2002 06:38 pmI love Saturdays. They're the one day out of the week where I can sleep late and do whatever I want. Today's "whatever" is making chocolate tarts (which are currently cooling, haven't tried them yet) and buttons for my website.
Speaking of food,
interlock had these questions for the Truth or Dare thing:
did you ever make/order and eat something because a fictional character did?
Yes. Cafe du Monde coffee, because Lestat raved about it in TotBT. I'm not a coffee drinker to begin with and lemme tell you, coffee with chicory in it? Does not help that situation. Bleh!
Which of your habits annoys you the most? [on you or on other people]
Procrastination. Although I don't know if that annoys me in myself so much as it gives me the heebs. I put off paying my bills until I'm hyperventilating about them yet each month I still do it. Lucky for me I do online bill paying which gives me more of a grace period. This was very bad back when I did it all by mail - I tended to wait until near the due date and mail being what it is, I always got late fees. Online bill paying means it's paid in two business days, so I'm not late as often as I was.
Procrastination definitely annoys me in other people though. I don't mind if people are busy and can't get to a project, but if they've promised me something by a certain date and then just sit on their butts and don't do it, that bugs me.
