Call up Tivo, get very helpful customer support that walks me through all sorts of trouble shooting. Realize while talking to Tivo cust. support that the problem isn't Tivo, but that the signal wasn't turned on for any channels past basic. Hang up with Tivo, call up cable company, get told that for some reason this can't be fixed from the office and that they need to send a tech out again. Also get told it's too late to send one out today. I'm working tomorrow, so I have to get up early Sunday morning to do this.
