Christmas Cooking

Well we're at Xmas Eve Eve which means that tonight I go grocery shopping and, depending on my schedule, start doing the cooking for the week.

For thems who are interested, here's what I'm making:

2 batches of Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies (one for fam gathering this weekend, another for church - if tomorrow's schedule allows. Stupid patients.)

Baked ziti

Fudge

Sugar Almonds

Apple Cake

Brunch bread (filled with hard boiled eggs, sundried tomatoes, basil, Italian cheeses, and pancetta)

And that's about it. Mom's handling the rest of the food so I'm just doing supplemental stuff. But I'm looking forward to it. =)
