thebratqueenNote to self: scheduling appt for the cats with the vet on the same day you have an eye doctor appt sounds like a good, efficient idea in theory, but in reality forces you to deal with unhappy cats who don't want to be stuffed in cat carriers while you're still dealing with eyes that are dilated.
Doing this while I am also headachy and sick was also not a good idea. All over body shakes as though you were in freezing cold weather and not your warm apartment? Not a sign of health. Or so I hear.
I might be taking tomorrow off to recover from all this, we'll see. (stupid psyche shame spiral issues)
In other news how silly is it that I sit here like a proud mom because the vet couldn't stop talking about how pretty Luna was? It's not like I can claim any credit for it. (For the record he also commented on how obviously smart Mac was, but Luna's prettiness apparently really took him aback).
Anyway, cats are home with a followup appt in two weeks. They may or may not consent to speak with me sometime this evening, we'll see. In the meanwhile I'm seriously sick and under dr's orders not to read for hours so all those who might be waiting on tags from me or stories or email or comments get my apologies for the delay. I'll try to catch up later tonight or tomorrow if I can.
(*cough* and yes technically I shouldn't be writing this now but I figured do it once to explain why I've gone missing and then be a good girl and sit in front of the TV again)
