thebratqueenThanks for all the well-wishes. I'm back. I basically locked myself in a freezing cold dark room with an icebag, dosed myself with meds and passed out. I'm feeling better now. Not 100% but not praying for death either.
For those who asked - it was a sinus headache that dovetailed into a migrane. Not sure if this is related to that hurricane that's approaching but where I am (North East US) it was overcast enough at 4pm to practically look like nighttime, and storm activity like that jabs an ice pick right through my skull. Normally I can catch it in time but if not I tend to be down for the count.
Might also take a hot bath later, let the steam do its work.
But at least I'm alive and not unhappy about it. And I called in sick when I needed to! Go me! =)
