Okay, I did it. I actually called in sick. Granted it's just for the last 3 hours of work today, but this headache came on suddenly and as I sit here on my lunch break praying for death I realized that maybe, just maybe, I should put the "never call in sick" shame spiral behind me and actually admit that if I can't even sit here and drink a soda or glass of water, that maybe I'm not well enough to work either.

So, you know, go me.

Now to crawl into bed and continue the aforementioned prayers for death.
