thebratqueenI'm in my chair. I get up. I turn around. A minute later I turn back again and Luna, completely unnoticed by me, has managed to jump into my chair and settle down as though she was meant to be there the whole time.
Ah, cats.
So - random news of the day. Thanks to my knitting practice I am now the proud owner of a handful of teeny tiny potholders, suitable for use by, say, Barbie dolls with large hand problems. I'm also the proud owner of a fixed shower, which brought much joy unto the land, specifically unto me after I finished exercising today. Not because the shower itself was broken, but because in addition to fixing the dripping and the various faucet problems, the plumber adjusted the showerhead so now it gets even better water pressure. Mmmm... showering thanks to a fire hose....
The baby tomato is still here. I keep worrying that it will be stolen in the night by vicious squirrels. I also think that vicious squirrels would be an excellent name for a band.

bonibaru will also be pleased to know that I did manage to get a nap after the plumber left this morning. That is, at least, assuming that it was Bonibaru that I was talking to on the phone earlier today and not someone else who just happened to pick up when I dialed. I was a little loopy at the time.
