Msc thoughts at the end of a Friday

thebratqueenFew days cannot be improved by your dad showing up where you work to give you a surprise hello and hug. Or I guess at least my dad showing up to do this. Possibly if someone else's dad attempted this we'd be more in the land of me needing to call the cops, depending on how well I knew your father.
I will, however, stand by the thought that my dad could show up to where y'all work just to say how-do and offer hugs as needed and it would still be a good thing. My dad is the bestest dad ever. I'll vouch for him.
Sausage and polenta is v. v. tasty and SERIOUSLY filling. They said serves six. I think they misspelled "twelve". Possibly "twenty four". Good thing polenta reheats wonderfully.
I still have interview questions to answer. I say this to show I have not forgotten. Perchance I'll try to do that tomorrow.
Tomorrow I will also be cleaning my apt. I realize that as-is this bit of information does not sound interesting, so I will now say that I'll be doing it naked. Well, except for an apron, obviously.
Fast & the Furious (the first one) is so ridiculously slashy that I can't help but watch it whenever it comes on cable. Quite possibly my favorite moment is when the sister says "He owns you now" and then the soundtrack kicks in with a rap-remix of "Strangelove" . Sub, met text.
And now I'm putting leftovers away.
Naked, obviously.
