[Morning. As per usual, TBQ blearily wanders into the kitchen, pours bowl of cereal with milk, then leaves it on top of the dishwasher while her English muffin toasts thus allowing her a few moments to check email]

[Two minutes later, TBQ returns to the kitchen to find Luna on top of the dishwasher, happily lapping away at the milk in the bowl.]

TBQ: For the sake of my sanity, I'm going to assume this is the first time you've done that.

So my week progresses fairly well. I find I'm all a-quiver food-wise. I finished the two cooking magazines that I got for the train ride and am now dying to make thousands of new recipes. One magazine was so full of good stuff I don't even think I can do my usual Xeroxing of what I liked and putting it into a binder. I'd end up copying the whole thing. I'll have to figure out some way of keeping it handy by my cookbooks.

I'm also dying to make a trip to Trader Joe's. Depending on my willpower I may even go tonight.

Things continue to be weird with my CD burner. After successfully burning a few songs using the updated program I downloaded off of the Sony website, it then gave up the ghost and kept choking everytime I tried to burn more than one song. I then tried to burn music using MusicMatch and that seems to be okay, so I'm starting to think it's not a problem with the burner so much as the software.

Which leads me to ask - does anybody know where I can download a freeware/shareware program for CD burning? I don't need music so much as I need to be able to back up my computer. So anything that allows me to make data CDs would be of the good. I'm using Windows ME if that helps any.

Thanks!
