Dirty Girls

Loved the ep, really I did. Finally we're getting to the no-holds-barred good stuff that certain shows coughAngelcough have been managing all season.

But some nitpicky things bugged me, so just to get them off of my chest:

1. Nathan needs a new haircut

2. Costuming should be shot. Since when does Buffy do Shakespeare in the Park? And how the hell do you put Nathan into a priest's outfit and not immediately turn him into Father What A Waste? Instead he just looked... chunky.

3. Spike and Faith should've just been allowed to talk and let the chemistry (which was there) happen naturally, without the entire scene being "Sex! Sex! Sex! They're talking about sex and he's shirtless and she's waving her boobs and it's SEX DO YOU GET IT????" 'cause dude, Wes and Faith managed to bring the sexy at "five by five", let alone later when they were just talking about Angel having a kid. Calm the fuck down and let it happen naturally.

4. Joss needs to let Firefly the FUCK go. Because the Mary Sueness of Caleb (to wit the fact that he's so badass even the First kowtows to him, and esp that bruce scene of Buffy happily standing there and doing nothing for 15 min just so the guy could yammer at her) is still there in spite of the excellent acting. Let it go, Joss. Detach with love. Thank you.

(Note - not saying I don't like Caleb, because I do. Just saying the Mary Sueness was still leaking through and showed in some weak spots.)
