Random thoughts

thebratqueenTime for TBQ's check-in from work. Not that I'm complaining - it's nice to come back to work and have an easy day of it. Tomorrow I'm teaching Quickbooks. Joy and rapture, I'm telling ya.
I'll do more specific replies later but thanks to all those who have given feedback on the "should I do the cliche thing or not"? question. The bunny's still with me, so I think I'm going to go for it. I may drive around a bit after work today to hash it out a bit more, see if it's got a direction, that kind of thing.
I was chatting about this with Mer last night and it was funny b/c she said she's tried looking up that bunny too and agrees on the sheer horror that is the stories of that concept. She also said that it's frustrating b/c for her it's like playing Solitare on the computer where you just have to keep playing until you win. Except in this case she just had to keep reading stories because surely there was at least one good one out there, right? Right??
She then concluded by saying "So that's why you need to write this bunny. Put the one good story out there so the next person can find it and stop reading!"

So as I say we'll see. I got a few inspirations for it this morning that made me giggle (should you be frightend that what's essentially a darkfic made me giggle? probably) If the bunny gets any more formed I might persue it. I've got some time to kill tonight (Buffy's a rerun, right?) so that might be my chance.
Of course I can't help but wonder how many of you would be encouraging me in this idea if you knew that it was a het bunny. [evil yet innocent grin]
