Busy weekend
Dec. 10th, 2005 09:15 pmI would like to find whoever invented Relpax and kiss them on the lips. There's nothing like feeling as though you're coming down with a migraine A) at all let alone B) the night before a performance. However, thanks to modern medicine the headache is gone and I feel like a human being again. Or as close to one as I ever get.
Those of you who have been losing sleep over this will be happy to know that today I was able to make pancakes. Granted the snow was starting to melt so it's not quite the same as making them on a snow day. But it was cold and snow could still be seen, so I'm counting it.
Today was actually a big one for cooking. I also made turkey soup and right now I've got cheesecake brownies in the oven. The latter are for the open house at my dance school tomorrow.
I also ran to the store, did laundry, and put up half of my Christmas decorations. I'm tempted to find out what happened to the real me, but on the other hand this version of me actually gets stuff done so maybe I'll keep her.
