So.. I'm up
Feb. 18th, 2004 02:47 pmAwake. Slept about 12 hours more or less in a row (barring waking up for meds). I suppose one could say that I really am sick. Barring that, though, I think I'll go to work tomorrow. Or at least I'm feeling like I could, since the biggest symptom now seems to mostly be me being tired.. I'll make the final judgement later tonight when I talk with my boss.
Loopy though. Like loopy enough that while watching the ep of West Wing where Zoey gets kidnapped I started to zone out on that music they were playing at the end. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I'm possibly not over the fever yet ;)
I want to write but have no idea if I've got the brainpower to do it. I may need to give up on all attempts and simply veg out the rest of the day. Maybe try again on Friday, when I have off anyway.
Angel tonight. I find the humor of it is going to be bittersweet, but I'm looking forward to it still.

I leave you now with these questions:
1) What's to stop me from buying Angel DVDs in region 2 formatting, putting them in my computer's DVD drive, and ripping scenes off of them in the exact same manner that I rip scenes off of DVDs from region 1? (Magpie? I use the program you gave me to rip DVDs, so possibly you know the answer to this?)
2) Having skimmed ahead for brief summaries of what goes on in West Wing s5, should I just acknowledge now that that show only had four seasons and pretend the rest never happened? Because it can't be good when even me, with my comparatively limited knowledge of the show, can recognize how out of character people are acting just based on summaries.
3) That being said, I still love my husband Will Bailey, as I have known him from s4, and would therefore like to ask if any of you know Will Baileys in real life, male or female, and if that is the case why haven't you set me up on dates with him/her?
4) I got nothing. Except a possible understanding that maybe I was overstating it when I said I was better enough to go to work. Humph. I'll talk about it with the boss later tonight.
ETA: 5) My bad, I did have another question. Who out there has Kylie's new album and can let me know if it's worth buying? I like Slow and Red Blooded Woman, but the music samples of the other songs on Amazon didn't do anything for me. Should I actually pay for the rest of the album or be happy with those two singles in my mp3 player?
Ta!
