Okay, some people wanted some icons, so I made some icons. Other people didn't even know they wanted icons but I decided to be very silly and make some anyway.

So - for them's that said they wanted to be my minion:

Up very late with important cabal work. Can't promise this will be coherent. Especially if the cable guy comes and interrupts me. But, here goes:

Know what's a fun thing to do? Accidentally erase all the voicemail messages waiting for you when you get into work. That's lots of fun. Fortunately my boss was very cool about it. It was only 2 messages and when I fessed up to him he just shrugged, smiled, and said hopefully one of them wasn't from Publishers Clearing House, wondering where to send the million dollar check.

My boss is cool.

In other news my boss showed up this afternoon, when he wasn't scheduled to, hence why I haven't been on LJ as I promised I would

Er - I mean, I've been working like a good girl and would never log in to LJ from work. Nope. Not me.

Got the cable modem this morning. Got literally no sleep last night thanks to contractor anxiety (where you're convinced that you will sleep through the sound of the doorbell and the contractor will go away).

Cable modem is installed though. I don't have new email set up however so those who are waiting for emails from me will need be a wee bit patient as I use some stop-gap solutions to get me through the hump. Ideally my cpc addresses will still be fine, I just need to set things up so... I'm babbling because I'm tired. Don't mind me.

And for those who were waiting on responses from me for various things - I have lunch in 40min. Cable modem ahoy!
