Have decided to not even bother trying to get my car out of the driveway. I'm watching my neighbors from the window and noticing a lot of shoveling and nobody actually going anywhere. The fact that, as I predicted, the drive's not plowed either also factors into this.

Called boss for a ride into work. Almost had the impression he might have called today off if I hadn't called to say I was fine with going on. But honestly I am, and at this point I'd rather go and play catch-up with my paperwork, if possible. We'll see.
