thebratqueenShh - don't jinx it but I'm posting from work. With luck this will persist throughout the day. Not 100% sure, though, since last time I thought I could do this the boss came in earlier than he planned. So we'll see.

wes_visions_rpg, but the rain. It made, I found out this morning, the gutters overflow and drip onto my bedroom air conditioner. Which meant that every time just as I was about to fall asleep, I heard TAP TAP TAP TAP TAP. Sigh.
Plotting out Epiphany arcs in the meanwhile. Had an idea for - hmm - maybe 3 or 4 stories from now. I like it but I don't know if it's right. It's interesting because usually I have a gut reaction that says "Yes! Go for it!" or "Well it sounds good on paper but it's not right emotionally." From there I ignore the latter while accepting the former and there ya go.
This one's odd though because I'm having a 50/50 reaction to it. The aftermath of the idea is making me go "Yes!". The idea itself is making me go "Huh". So possibly I need to take a good look at the aftermath and see what I like about it and why it's not matching up with my idea of how to get there.
Also quite possibly I need to grab my usual "Please sit still and listen to me brainstorm for a few hours" people and gabber at them (Hi![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
