BWA HA HA HA HA!!! According to CNN, MTV did not present Michael Jackson with an "Artist of the Millenium" award. In fact the only point was to give Michael a birthday cake with the music symbol as a birthday present. But Michael apparently got confused and assumed it was an award, and therefore did a speech.

I shouldn't laugh but - BWA HA HA HA HA!!!! Oh that makes Jimmy Fallon's crack afterwards make so much more sense.
