stakebait's and went to sleep at 7 in the morning. Scary, isn't it? That's what happens when you get her and me talking about religion and politics.
lucifrix came to join us at noon (yes, that's about 4 and a half hours of sleep for you playing the home game) (four and a half because we set an alarm to make sure we woke up in time to be dressed and, you know, awake). Fun times with the 3 of us together again, mostly dishing the dirt on Buffy and Angel.
Left at 11pm, got back to my place at midnight after dealing with a clogged bathtub, trip to the grocery store for Drano (complete with a guy who claimed to be a plumber trying to tell me how to take my tub apart to fix the clog - look, dude, four and a half hours of sleep. Go away now, 'kay?). Finally decompressed enough to fall asleep around 2, woke up at 9:30 to take a shower in the still slow-draining tub (but it works, we will be happy that it works) and then head into Brooklyn so I can babysit my niece (the 2 year old, not the newborn) with my dad for the day.
I'm still in Brooklyn right now. Thank goodness for sleeping toddlers and ISPs with local access numbers. And my bro's computer.
Mega thanks to all who liked the last installment of Epiphany. I'll try to send more personal thanks later. Glad y'all liked it though. The boys are gearing up for a new story arc. I don't think you'll believe what it is, but that's mostly because I don't believe it either. I just type here, can I mention that enough?
