I simply do not understand how these people were not summarily run off the air on a rail, exactly the way Don Imus was for his insulting comments. And he wasn't even advocating VIOLENCE.
I'm sorry, but as far as I'm concerned, the right to free speech ends where it incites violation of the basic civil rights of others. Such as, you know, advocating beating someone up, especially a child!
I've sent my emails. I'm thinking I should repeat myself with snailmails and phone calls.
