Help me, flist!
Jun. 29th, 2006 10:23 amReturning to work was not too scary. Boss did ask me to call him at home when I'm calling in sick which is not an unreasonable request to anybody except my issues.
On the upside I got up on time even though I forgot to set my alarm, and my head only has ghostly headaches. Plus there wasn't an insane amount of work to catch up on. So whew.
Question for those more knowledgable than I: If you have an adapter that plugs in to your car's cigarette lighter (such as a cell phone charger) does it pull a charge if the only thing plugged in is the adapter itself? I ask b/c I'd like to leave the adapter for my GPS plugged in even if the GPS itself is in the glove box, but I'd feel right stupid if I walked out to my car in the morning and found I'd drained my battery for no good reason.
