thebratqueenHaving Fridays off is such a mixed blessing. You get to feel all indulgent as you stay up late on Thursday, sleep in the next day, and enjoy a leisurely brunch while your friends are slogging it away at the salt mines.
Plus you get to go out and run errands that can be hard to impossible to do on the weekend, due to stores being closed or crowded.
But you also have to work on Saturday, which sucks.
Still, today's been good so far. I hit the bank, Penzey's, Barnes & Noble, and Trader Joe's. I spent approximately one billion dollars, but it was worth every penny.
