Die spyware die!

Does anybody have any recs for programs that get rid of persistant spyware? My boss, who does not know better, accepted some kind of download from one of his fav gaming sites (...so he says) and now I can't use MSIE or Firefox without getting a popup for "Sexsearch."

I've already done multiple sweeps with the latest versions of Ad-Aware and Spybot and I thought I both uninstalled and deleted the download (it's not showing up in Add/Remove programs anymore) yet when I log on today - bang, there it is.

Anybody got any suggestions?
