Happy sigh

In an effort to keep this post spoiler-free, suffice it to say that current talk about certain TV shows has gotten me in the mood to recall moments and things about my favorite TV show which get me every time. Call it my cheap whoredom, call it the fact that sometime I'm easily amused, but there are certain things which always bring some kind of smile on my face no matter how many times I see them.

So, I get nostalgic.



The following never cease to be funny:

The muzak in the Wolfram & Hart elevators.
"You walk ALONE!"
Angel jumping into the wrong car.
"I understand, I have a nephew who's gay."

The following always make me smile:

Angel squeezing Wes's hand tighter in Magic Bullet.
Wes saying "Five by five"
Angelus. With GLASSES.
"You don't think I'm especially paranoid, do you?" "Not especially."
"I'll take away your bucket."

The following never fails to give me a happy squirm:

Spike trying to bond with Wes post patricide.
Angel's multiple attempts to show Wes sympathy about Lilah's death.
Angel & Wes rubbing noses.
Wes saving Lilah from the Beast.
"What I will do, sir, is beat it out of you if I have to. Now where is my employer?"

Everytime I think of this I go GUH:

Angel telling Lilah he can smell Wes all over her.
"I'd never hurt anyone I cared about. Now move."
"Sit down."
"Daddy's not done talking yet."
Wes + Shotgun.
Wes + any firearm.
Wes + torture.
Angel. Lindsey. Truck. Sledgehammer.


I'm sure there's more, but that will do for now. (ETA - well I edited to add stuff. See? Told you there's more.)
