*cough* No, really, *cough*
Apr. 21st, 2005 06:53 pmSo those of you putting money into the pool about me needing to take at least one day off of work get to collect thanks to today. Making a long story short I tapped myself out energy wise and decided if I didn't take today off I'd come to regret it.
I'll go in tomorrow, though, as Fridays are usually calm and are always short. So I can go in, catch up on whatever I missed today on a day that'll be much better than trying to catch up on a Monday, and then have the comfort of knowing that if I push myself too hard I'll both be able to leave at 4:30 plus have two weekend days to recover.
No dance class tonight though, obviously. Pout.
Am spending today taking it easy. Wanting to do nothing but lie on the couch and stare at things - and sometimes not even do the staring part - has provided the perfect opportunity to catch up on DVD extras I've been meaning to watch but never got around to. As for example, the commentaries on West Wing s2. Man, the slash fans must've loved what everybody had to say on the comments for the first part of In the Shadow of Two Gunmen. Heh heh.
