Digital smoke signals
Jan. 14th, 2005 01:22 pmSnow! White, fluffy, wonderful snow! Freezing rain earlier, but now snow!
Have today off. Am working tomorrow because some idiot didn't remember that this is MLK weekend, and thus had Saturday open even though we have Monday off. (That idiot would be me, btw). Still, I actually don't mind. Saturdays are usually pretty quiet all things considered, so with Friday off, quiet day Sat, and then Sun and Mon off it really ends up feeling more like a three and a half day weekend, so not bad.
Have tons of stuff to get done this weekend. Don't know if I've set my ambitions too high, but there's at least three different writing projects that need to get done, there's errands to run, there's neices coming up (staying with my folks, but I said I'd help pinch-hit on Sun afternoon if they needed), there's - heck, I don't even remember it all now. But there's stuff to do, no doubt about it.
And also: snow!
