Ah, the Irish
Jun. 22nd, 2004 05:34 pmYou know, I love the culture of my maternal side of the family (actually I love all the cultures I'm from, as I think I lucked out in my American muttitude), but if there isn't some form of magnetic poetry that can be used to come up with an Irish song, by God there should be.
Either that or, perhaps more appropriate, a drinking game.
My suggestions for magnets or shots:
Murphy, Patrick, union man, across the sea, Dublin, factory, war, cobblestone streets, whiskey (bonus points if it's in a jar), Erin, death, two brothers who caused havoc, two brothers who just drink a lot, and of course any reference to Guinness.
There's more but you get the idea ;)
