[yawn] afternoon

Yet another day off of me not getting out of bed but mostly reading once 10 o'clock hit. In theory I probably should have tried to sleep more but there we are.

Sickness is held at bay through the magic of over the counter meds. I feel no need to push my luck by trying to run errands, so the most complicated tasks of today are going to be emptying the dishwasher and making chicken soup.

In other news, I've applied Occam's Razor to the upcoming Epiphany story and think I've found a solution for the problem I was having with it. I'll try getting some writing done today and let you know how it goes.

Okay, first part of the story is done. Had many false starts in it, which is to be expected in a story which has this much danger of rampant David Furyism. Not 100% sure yet if the first part is, in fact, the first part or a story in its own right. I think I won't know until I finish the second bit, which I hope to get more work done on tonight.

However I think I should pause now for little things like "making dinner" before it gets too late. I'm at kind of a pause point. Better now than when I'm mid-groove yet starving.
