Attention fellow Americans.
Due to the fact that, unlike our friends inAmerica Jr Canada, we do not have a cool name for our dollars like "loonies" it has been decided (thank you
zyre) that our dollars shall now be known as "sacks" (in honor of Sacajawea, who appears on the one dollar coin - who is also, for the record, much cooler than a loon).
Examples of correct usage include:
"Can you believe it costs ten sacks to see a movie these days?"
"The job only pays eight sacks an hour but they said I'd get a raise in a month."
And, of course:
"Dude - I dropped a ton of sacks at Saks."
This new word is to take effect immediately. Please note for the record that, honestly, it's no stupider than "bling bling".
