I have survived the family reunion! Barely, but I've made it. There was family bonding and cuddling of weetiny kittens (marmalade kitten IN MY HAIR!) and watching the Olympics and lots of food.

Somewhere in all that I had a brain, but I'm pretty sure it's gone now. This feeling of being disconnected from reality isn't helped by how it's currently cool enough outside for me to have the AC off and the windows open. This is obviously some kind of a trap.

Today was rainy, which made it an awesome day for having tea and reading. Which is exactly what I did. Also there was napping with cats on top of me. Which as everyone knows is the best kind of napping at all.

This week is the last week before my boss goes on vacation. There's also a dept. meeting on Thursday. Then Friday kicks off the second annual Brat Family reunion.

So what I guess I'm saying here is it was nice seeing y'all ;)
